Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy:
1. SIZE EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be:
- Undamaged, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The new size must be available in stock.
To request an exchange, please fill out a Return Form, and our team will send you an email with the instructions on how to return the package.
Please Note: You have to pay shipping back
2. LOST PARCELS
If your parcel is lost during shipping, we can either issue you a full refund immediately once the claim is verified, or offer you a priority re-shipment free of charge. Simply contact our customer support team (info@lavishsaint.com) and we will handle the rest.
However, it's important to note that if your package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are unable to issue refunds in these cases. We understand that this situation can be frustrating, while we do everything within our power to ensure smooth delivery, once the package is marked as delivered, the responsibility shifts to the recipient to ensure its safe receipt. We encourage customers to promptly check with neighbors or their local post office if they believe there's been a misdelivery.

3. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, there is no need to return the product. Simply contact our customer support team (info@lavishsaint.com) within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, and we will issue a full refund without requiring the item back, or we can send you a free replacement for the damaged item

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
NOTE : (For all Refunds) Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount. This is a standard practice due to processing costs associated with online transactions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that certain items, such as final sale items or Limited Edition products, may not be eligible for return. If an item falls under this category, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
